To develop excellence in the understanding of Homoeopathic medicines and their application in individualized patient care.
· To impart comprehensive knowledge of Homoeopathic drugs
· To train students in symptomatology and drug proving
· To develop skills in remedy selection and clinical application
· To promote rational and ethical Homoeopathic practice
The department is staffed with qualified and experienced faculty members as per the norms of the National Commission for Homoeopathy, ensuring effective teaching and clinical training.
At the end of the BHMS programme, students will be able to:
· Understand the therapeutic properties of Homoeopathic medicines
· Correlate drug symptoms with patient symptoms
· Apply knowledge of Materia Medica in clinical practice
· Practice individualized and holistic treatment
After completion of the course, students will be able to:
· Describe the symptomatology of commonly used Homoeopathic medicines
· Understand drug proving and sources of Materia Medica
· Differentiate between similar remedies
· Apply Materia Medica knowledge in case analysis and remedy selection
· Prescribe medicines based on totality of symptoms
