Monitors and evaluates adverse drug reactions and safety issues related to Homoeopathic and allied medicines used within the hospital and college, ensuring safe and rational therapeutic practices.
Functions as the governing body overseeing infection prevention and control in the hospital. It formulates policies, reviews infection rates, conducts audits and training, and ensures compliance with infection-control standards to minimize healthcare-associated infections.
Ensures a safe and respectful learning and working environment by preventing sexual harassment and addressing grievances in a fair, confidential, and sensitive manner, in accordance with institutional and legal guidelines.
Oversees the proper segregation, treatment, and disposal of biomedical and biowaste generated by the hospital and college activities. It ensures full compliance with environmental and health-safety regulations and maintains proper documentation and training.
Ensures that all hospital and college staff, students, and clinical trainees are appropriately vaccinated (e.g., against Hepatitis, Tetanus, etc.) and that records are systematically maintained as part of institutional health and safety measures.
Implements anti-ragging regulations as per statutory requirements, prevents incidents of ragging, and ensures the safety and well-being of students through continuous monitoring, awareness programmes, and swift redressal mechanisms.
Acts as the apex academic and administrative body of the institution under the leadership of the Advisor and Principal. It comprises the Heads of Departments and senior faculty members, meeting periodically to deliberate on curriculum design, training programmes, discipline, academic policies, and student development activities.
